Growing leg prosthesis for children
Evolim is a growing lower leg prosthesis for children that adapts to the rapid growth of childhood. Since prostheses often need to be completely replaced today, this results in high costs and sometimes leads to incorrect weight distribution. Evolim allows for simple, regular adjustments to the prosthesis, enabling it to be used for a longer period. In addition to its functional adaptability, the concept also incorporates a playful, creative approach, viewing the prosthesis as a personal object for the child.
